The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The company is not reponsiblity for lost, stolen or disappeared tickets, nor will the company accept partially or completely damaged tickets.
If the passenger does not use the ticket to travel the ticket is not refundable, but the ticket is valid for travel up to one year from the date of purchase.

Since, the requirements for each country are different and are constantly changing, the best option is to get in touch with the corresponding consulate or embassy. Starting at three years of age any child will need a ticket. Before reaching the age of three, the parent or guardian can carry the child on his/her lap. If a seat is desired, then a ticket must be purchased.

As of 2019 as a result of the pandemic declaration, the "business class service" is not provided, currently the executive ticket is the service known as DIRECT, the only difference between the tourist class service and the direct service is that in the first one there are stops to board, in the direct service only stops at the border.
